1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Didau.vn (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Didau.vn is a travel planning application that provides itinerary planning, budget tracking, packing lists, and other travel organization tools. We provide the Service "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account by providing your name, email address, and other information as requested. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to deny access to our Service or terminate any user account, in our sole discretion and without notice at any time for any reason whatsoever.

4. User Conduct

If you need access to the Service for the purpose of time-sensitive activities, we highly recommend that you have a backup plan in place, such as accessing travel information directly through local sources or other providers.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIDAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS OR INJURY TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8.1 Limit of Liability Amount

DIDAW'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES TO YOU, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE ACTION OR CLAIM YOU BRING AGAINST US SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT. All other terms and conditions contained in this Terms shall remain in full force and effect without change.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title or interest in or to the Service's trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, designs or know-how.

9.1 Trademarks

The trademarks, trade names and service marks shown on or relating to the Service owned or used by us are our sole property. You acknowledge that Didau.vn is the trademark of Didau and should not be used without express written consent from Didau. All trademarks contained throughout the Service remain property of their respective owners.

9.2 License Grant to Us

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free perpetual worldwide license to use and distribute Your Content in accordance with the Terms. We reserve the right to display Your Content for promotional purposes (including marketing materials, social media posts, etc.).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon Termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, simply discontinue using the Service.

10.1 Effect of Termination

In the event we terminate access to and use of the Service, upon such termination: all of Your Content shall automatically be permanently deleted; Your Passwords shall immediately cease to authorize you to log in or otherwise access and/or use the Service; and You agree and acknowledge that we have no further obligation to You.

12. General Provisions

  • Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
  • Waiver: No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall operate as a waiver of any subsequent breaches of such term or condition.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or delegations hereunder without our express prior consent, which shall not unreasonably be withheld.
